Julie Reiter
Julie Reiter is the Vice President of Human Resources and Sustainable Development at The Clarke Group, Inc., where she has spent over two decades transforming organizational culture and practices. Beginning her career in entry level positions, she rose through progressive HR positions at companies in a variety of industries that included food processing, manufacturing and publishing. Since joining Clarke in 2000, she has played a pivotal role in integrating sustainability into the DNA of organizational practices and HR.
Through Appreciative Inquiry Julie has helped shape Clarke into an environmentally conscious organization while at the same time fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement. Her expertise in Appreciative Inquiry and sustainable development has established her as a thought leader in creating purpose-driven organizations that prioritize both people and planet.
